Introduction

You are about to start a form to report a lost, found or straying dog.

The information you provide on this form will be used by Cornwall Council to action your request.

If you have lost a dog please check our recently collected dog list . Here you can see the dogs we currently have in kennels or have collected recently.

You do not need to tell us If you have found a dog that you have previously told us to be lost

Your contact details will only be shared with somebody who matches your request. This will be to ensure a dog is returned more quickly. Your information will only be used in conjunction with this request.

All personal information held by Cornwall Council is held in a secure environment.
