You can use this form to raise an enquiry with Cornwall Councils Transport and Parking departments.

This form should not be used to report issues with a street light or illuminated sign. These should instead be reported using the report a highways electrical issue form

This form should not be used to report defects with the highway or pavements. Issues like blocked drains, potholes, kerb issues and pavement defects for example should be raised using our Report It form instead. Reporting a defect using this form may result in a delay to your report being investigated and responded to.

Please do not use this form to report emergency issues on the highway, instead call 0300 1234 222.

The information you provide on this form will be used by Cornwall Council to action your request.
